List Webhooks

GET 
/org/:orgId/webhooks

This API lists webhooks. With no parameters, it gets the org specific webhooks. Caller can append projectId or notificationType to search more specifically.

The Project Id to fetch webhooks for

notificationType string

The Notification Type
